We use Google OAuth via Firebase for authentication purposes. When you log in, we access:

• Email Address: To identify your account and manage your subscription status.

• Profile Information: Basic name and identifier to personalize your experience.

3. Data Usage & Storage

• Purpose: Your data is used strictly for authentication and to distinguish between Free and Paid user permissions.

• No Third-Party Sharing: Your personal data is not transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.

• No Content Storage: FXLcreator operates locally within GIMP. EpubSystems does not save, upload, or monitor the creative content, images, or code you generate. Your design work remains private and stays on your local machine.

4. Security & Firebase

Your authentication data is managed by Google Firebase. We rely on their industry-leading security infrastructure to ensure your login information remains protected. You can review Google’s privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your email and UID only as long as your account exists. To delete your account and all associated data from our Firebase system, please contact us at info-at-epubsystems-dot-com

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
